目的　观察中西医结合治疗早、中期慢性肾功能衰竭的疗效。方法　 2 1例早、中期慢性肾功能衰竭患者 ,服用自拟正肾汤方 ,每日 1剂 ;同时服至灵胶囊 4粒、巯甲丙脯酸 1 2 .5mg,每日 3次 ,并以川芎嗪注射液 1 50 mg、黄芪注射液 2 0 ml静脉点滴 ,每日 1次 ,每月连用 1 0日为 1疗程。结果　总有效率达到 90 .5% ,血肌酐和尿素氮明显降低 ,肌酐清除率升高 ,治疗前后有显著性差异 ( P <0 .0 1或 P <0 .0 5) ;血红蛋白呈增加趋势 ,并可明显降低血磷 ,使血钙保持相对平稳 ;临床症状改善 ,生活质量提高。结论　中西医结合治疗早、中期慢性肾功能衰竭有效地延缓慢性肾功能衰竭的进展速度 Objective To observe the curative effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on early and mid-term chronic renal failure.
