提高中学教育质量是人们普遍关心的问题,而其中主要矛盾在于提高普通初中校教育质量。普通中学学生有四差:基础知识差、接受能力差、学习习惯差、非智力因素差,其中,尤以非智力因素差突出。这些学生表现为没有学习兴趣,缺乏学习毅力。因此,在他们当中,家长逼学、学生厌学、幻想弃学的现象相当普遍。学生有这种心理状态,靠压、挤,靠反复讲、反复辅导,都收效不大。我们经过两年多的摸索、实践,认识到师生之间的良好感情,即“师爱”是培养学生非智力因素的前提和重要条件,“师爱”会激发学生学习兴趣,增强学习毅力,提高学习效果。
Improving the quality of secondary education is a common concern, and the main contradiction is to improve the quality of education in ordinary junior high schools.
