图书馆是传承文明、传播文化的场所,是天堂般令人向往的神圣殿堂。所有的图书馆管理员都肩负着两种管理责任:管理资源,管理读者;也同时肩负着两种文化责任:传播知识、传播文化。因此,如何管理?如何形成图书馆特有的文化?笔者总结了自己的管理经验,从最初对图书馆管理的基本认识———管事、管物、管人;逐步发展为对高校图书馆管理的育人意识———环境育人、服务育人、管理育人;再发展到对图书馆文化管理理念的探索———修己安人、文化自觉。
Library is a place that inherits civilization and spreads culture. It is heaven’s most desirable and sacred temple. All librarians have two types of management responsibilities: managing resources and managing readership; they also have two cultural responsibilities: disseminating knowledge and spreading culture. Therefore, how to manage? How to form the unique cultural library? The author summarizes his management experience, from the initial understanding of the basic library management --- management, management, management; and gradually developed into the management of university libraries Educate people --- educate people in the environment, serve and educate people, manage and educate people; then explore the idea of library culture management --- cultivate oneself and others, cultural consciousness.
