Objective: To investigate the method of laser microscopy for the treatment of large acoustic neuroma. Methods: Suboccipital sigmoid sinus posterior approach was used. One hundred patients with larger acoustic neuroma were treated with semiconductor laser and YGCO2 6 laser under Opton operating microscope and Zeiss operating microscope.
