对36(男32,女4)例严重氟中毒病人,作了肌电图检查,并测量了运动神经传导速度。结果发现19例病人正常,从而认为如未被骨刺压迫的话,患氟中毒时运动神经传导速度当在正常范围之内。肌动电流描记所见同临床神经学检查之间,呈现一个较好的对应关系。这种地方性氟中毒电生理学的研究所见,同另一些报道的氟中毒肌病的概念不同。在肌电图中明显的神经性萎缩的证据,使我们断定氟中毒的压缩性脊髓神经根病的概念是正确的。
Electromyography was performed on 36 (32 male and 4 female) fluorosis patients and the motor nerve conduction velocity was measured. The results showed that 19 patients were normal, so that if not oppressed by bone spur, motor nerve conduction velocity in fluorosis when within the normal range. Myoelectricity electrocardiography and clinical neurological examination showed a good correspondence between. This local fluorosis electrical physiology studies have shown that with the other concept of fluorosis myopathy is different. Evidence of a significant neurogenic atrophy in EMG led us to conclude that the concept of compressed radicular radiculopathy with fluorosis is correct.
