本研究预先用辅酶Q_(10)10mg、20mg及40mg/kg/天给大鼠灌胃,连续用3天、5天及7天。实验时于麻醉前再以同量分别灌胃一次,然后结扎冠脉,结果表明:预处理天数不同,辅酶Q_(10)抗心律失常作用无显著差别;但剂量不同可显著影响抗心律失常作用,10mg/kg/天可叨显缩短VT持续时间;20mg/kg/天可显著延迟VE出现时间,明显减少VE数目和缩短VT持续时间;而40mg/kg/天,则以上作用更为显著。以上剂量辅酶Q_(10)连续灌胃三天或仅于麻醉前灌胃一次则均无明显抗心律失常作用。
In this study, rats were pretreated with Coenzyme Q10 (10 mg, 20 mg, and 40 mg/kg/day) for 3 days, 5 days, and 7 days. At the time of the experiment, the rats were intragastrically administrated with the same amount before anesthesia, and then the coronary arteries were ligated. The results showed that there was no significant difference in the antiarrhythmic effects of coenzyme Q10 when the number of pretreatment days was different. However, different doses could significantly affect the antiarrhythmic effect. ,10mg/kg/day can significantly reduce the duration of VT; 20mg/kg/day can significantly delay the VE appearance time, significantly reduce the number of VE and shorten the duration of VT; and 40mg/kg/day, the above effect is more significant. The above dose of coenzyme Q_(10) was not significantly antiarrhythmic after continuous gavage for three days or only one time before intragastric administration.
