针对高强度管线钢拉伸试验伸长率换算遇到的问题,选用多种高强度管线钢材料对其拉伸试验伸长率变化规律进行了研究,对大量拉伸试验数据进行了统计分析。试验结果表明,基于碳素钢和低合金钢旧材料建立的Oliver公式仍适用于高强度管线钢,但材料系数有所变化。建立了X65~X90钢级管线钢拉伸试验伸长率变化公式及50 mm固定标距高强度管线钢伸长率变化公式。根据新的材料系数和公式对伸长率要求值和试验值进行了比对分析,给出了更加合理的技术要求。
Aiming at the problems encountered in the elongation test of high strength pipeline steel, a series of high strength pipeline steel materials were selected to study the change rules of the elongation rate. A large number of tensile test data were statistically analyzed. The experimental results show that the Oliver formula based on the old materials of carbon steel and low alloy steel is still suitable for high strength pipeline steel, but the material coefficient varies. The formulas of the change of elongation at tensile test X65 ~ X90 and the change of elongation of 50 mm fixed gauge high-strength pipeline steel were established. According to the new material coefficient and formula, the required value of elongation and the test value are compared and analyzed, and the more reasonable technical requirements are given.
