目的 :探讨适合小儿介入放射心导管术的较理想麻醉方式。方法 :1 6例小儿患者 ,采用微量注射泵持续静脉输入异丙酚 ,面罩吸氧 ,在严密监测心电图 (EKG)、呼吸 (RR)、脉搏氧饱合度 (SPO2 )及血压 (BP)状态下接受心导管术 ,分析围手术过程各参数的变化 ,总结此麻醉方式的优缺点。结果 :1 6例患儿接受异丙酚静脉麻醉 ,诱导迅速 ,操作简便 ,作用平稳 ,呼吸循环影响轻微 ,苏醒快 ,苏醒期副作用少。结论 :在合适的监测下 ,异丙酚静脉麻醉是小儿介入放射心导管术较理想的麻醉方式
Objective: To investigate the ideal anesthesia method suitable for pediatric interventional cardiac catheterization. Methods: Sixteen pediatric patients received continuous intravenous infusion of propofol with a micropump pump and oxygen inhalation. After closely monitoring EKG, respiration, SPO2 and BP, Cardiac catheterization was performed to analyze changes in the parameters of the perioperative procedure and to summarize the pros and cons of this anesthesia. Results: Sixteen children received intravenous propofol anesthesia. The induction was rapid and easy to operate. The effect was stable. The respiratory cycle had a slight effect on recovery and rapid recovery, with few side effects during recovery. CONCLUSIONS: Propofol intravenous anesthesia is a desirable anesthetic modality for pediatric interventional radiofrequency catheterization under appropriate monitoring
