高邮面粉厂自从麦间由升运改为风运后,增加了6—30~#6和6—30~#5风机两台。投产后,由于高压风机的高速转动,产生了强烈的噪声。这种噪声不但影响车间工人的操作,还严重干扰周围的环境。产生的噪声主要有气流噪声、传动噪声、电机噪声和基础振动辐射的固体噪声。其中以气流噪声强度最高、危害最大。气流噪声按产生机理分析,主要有两种形式:一种是风机转动时产生的空气动力噪声;另一种是由于空气在风机内产生的旋涡等所引起的噪声。空气动力噪声一般多为窄带噪声。空气涡流所引起的噪声是一种非稳定的流动噪声,它与流体粘性有关,具有随机的特性,它一般多为宽带噪声。这些噪声的辐射功率分别与气流速度的四次方、六次方、八次方成正比。

The radiated power of these noises is directly proportional to the fourth, sixth and eighth powers of the airflow velocity.
