文章运用等速肌力测试的方法,对散打、拳击、跆拳道三项目32名男子散打运动员进行比较研究,发现散打运动员左肘伸肌绝对力量和速度力量明显大于拳击和跆拳道项目运动员;左肘屈肌绝对力量和速度力量又明显小于拳击项目运动员;右肘屈肌绝对力量拳击项目运动员明显大于散打项目运动员;右肘伸肌绝对力量有大于散打项目运动员的趋势;散打运动员右肘伸肌速度力量明显大于拳击和跆拳道项目运动员;右肘屈肌速度力量又明显小于其它两项目,但收缩速度优于其它两项目运动员;左膝屈肌速度力量跆拳道项目明显优于散打项目运动员。
The article uses the method of isokinetic muscle strength test to compare 32 male Sanda athletes in Sanda, Boxing and Taekwondo. It is found that the absolute strength and speed strength of Sanda athletes in left elbow extensor are significantly greater than those in Boxing and Taekwondo athletes.
