一、概述气体中微量水分测量与控制技术,在现代工业,如电子、电力、石油化工、原子能以及宇航技术等部门中得到广泛的应用。由于微量水分测量多采用性能好的传感器,需要建立测量的标准和方法,校准仪器,统一量值。水渗透管正起到以上的作用。它是一种结构简单、性能稳定、使用方便的微量水分发生源,和动态配气装置联用可连续产生微量水分标准气体。由于渗透管的渗透率采用重量法标定,所以量值准确可靠,可以作为校准微量水分分析仪器的工作标准。本文介绍用聚四氟乙烯丙烯材料制成的水渗透管,渗透率范围3~12微克/分,渗透率
