目的:分析台州市铅中毒病人的尿铅测定结果的特点及规律,为控制铅中毒的发生提供依据。方法:对台州市疾病预防控制中心接收的铅中毒病人的尿铅测定结果进行整理分析。结果:检测尿铅人数共57名,结果异常的53名,异常率93%。列为观察对象的有14名(24.6%),轻度中毒的29名(50.9%)中度中毒的10名(17.5%)男女之间差异无显著性。结论:蓄电池行业铅中毒人员接铅工龄短,尿铅值高,是铅中毒防治的重点。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the characteristics and rules of urinary lead determination in patients with lead poisoning in Taizhou, and to provide basis for controlling the occurrence of lead poisoning. Methods: The results of urinary lead determination of lead poisoning patients received by Taizhou CDC were analyzed. Results: A total of 57 urine lead levels were detected, with 53 abnormal results. The abnormal rate was 93%. There were no significant differences between 14 (24.6%) and 29 (50.9%) moderately poisoned 10 (17.5%) men and women who were included in the observation. Conclusion: Lead poisoning personnel in the battery industry are short of lead and have high urine lead, which is the key point of lead poisoning prevention and control.
