目的:对国内外长春花主栽品种的长春质碱含量和农艺性状进行了分析。方法:记录长春花盛花期的农艺性状,反相高效认相色谱仪测定长春质碱含量。结果:发现不同品种的长春质碱含量和农艺性状均存在很大差异,太平洋系列(Pacifica)品种Polka Dot(PPD)中长春质碱质量分数最高,达到叶片干重的3.79 mg·g~(-1);清凉系列(Cooler)品种Pink (CP)中长春质碱质量分数最低,仅为叶片干重的0.9 mg·g~(-1)。长春花中长春质碱含量与农艺性状之间存在一定程度的相关性。通径分析表明,长春花主要农艺性状中,节间距对长春质碱含量的正影响达到了显著水平(P<0.05),通径系数为1.473。结论:本研究对高含量长春质碱长春花引种和育种具有参考价值。
Objective: To analyze the cathartic alkali content and agronomic traits of the main cultivars of vinca in China and abroad. Methods: The agronomic traits of Changchun flower were recorded, and the content of catharanthine was determined by reversed phase high performance chromatography. RESULTS: It was found that there was a great difference in the content of catharanthine and agronomic traits among different varieties. The content of catharanthine in Pacifica variety Polka Dot (PPD) was the highest, reaching 3.79 mg·g~(-) of the dry weight of the leaf. 1); Cooler variety Pink (CP) has the lowest quality of catharanthine, only 0.9 mg·g -1 of leaf dry weight. There is a certain degree of correlation between the cathartic alkali content and agronomic traits in Changchun flowers. Path analysis showed that among the main agronomic traits of C. roseus, the positive effect of pitch on the content of catharanthine reached a significant level (P<0.05), and the path coefficient was 1.473. Conclusion: This study has reference value for introduction and breeding of high content of catharanthine Changchun flowers.
