本文对110例前列腺增生症患者进行了尿流率检查,对尿流率各种参数,特别是5种参数与症状、年龄、排尿量及残余尿量的关系,作了分析和讨论。其中相对排尿阻力、到达最大尿流率时间(TQ_(max))尿流率最大增值(dQ/dT_(max))和40ml充盈量时膀胱壁收缩速度估计值(dL/dT40)与临床症状密切相关。TQ_(max)和dQ/dT_(max)与年龄有关。最大尿流率(Q_(max))和平均尿流率对排尿量依赖性大。另外,Q_(max)、校正最大尿流率、90％排尿量的时间和dL/dT40与残余尿量有一定的关系。
In this paper, 110 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia patients were examined urinary flow rate, urine flow rate of various parameters, especially the five parameters and symptoms, age, urine output and residual urine volume were analyzed and discussed. Among them, the relative urinary resistance, the maximum urinary flow rate (TQ max) and the estimated bladder wall contraction velocity (dL / dT40) at 40 ml filling volume were related with clinical symptoms Related.
