本文叙述研究地质和结构材料大型试样的静态与动态三轴结构性能的一种试验机。试样直径为0.3米,高为0.3到0.45米,隧道模型直径可达50毫米。静、动态三轴负荷可应用的最大压力,在静态试验中为200兆帕,而在动态试验中则为100兆帕。动态负荷也可以叠加到20兆帕静态预负荷上。为了便于隧道加固的研究,隧道要保持在周围介质压力中,两端有出入口,以便安装仪表及摄影。某些实例结果表明了加荷速率, 接触面以及方位对隧道变形的影响。对于一个已知的可容许的隧道闭合来说,实际上,在动态加荷条件下比在静态加荷条件下可承受更大的压力,而整体试样则比连接的试样可承受更大的压力。图9幅,参考文献9种。
This paper describes a testing machine that studies the static and dynamic triaxial structural properties of large samples of geological and structural materials. The specimen diameter is 0.3 meters, the height is 0.3 to 0.45 meters and the diameter of the tunnel model can reach 50 mm. The maximum applied pressure for static and dynamic triaxial loads is 200 MPa in static tests and 100 MPa in dynamic tests. Dynamic loads can also be superimposed on a static load of 20 MPa static load. In order to facilitate the study of tunnel reinforcement, the tunnel should be maintained in the surrounding medium pressure, both ends of the entrance to facilitate the installation of instruments and photography. The results of some examples show the influence of loading rate, contact surface and azimuth on tunnel deformation. For a known permissible tunnel closure, in practice, under dynamic loading conditions, more pressure can be applied than under static loading conditions, whereas bulk specimens can withstand larger specimens than the connected specimens pressure.
