人工诱导痢疾杆菌 D1 5 为稳定 L 型 ,比较原菌、L 型菌生物学性状及致病性的差异。发现 L 型菌除形态、染色、生长特性与原菌不同外 ,尚伴有部分生化反应的消失、对药物的敏感性下降、对小鼠的致病力减弱 ,回复菌则与原菌相同。结果表明痢疾杆菌 D1 5 L 型的生物学性状及致病性与原菌均有差异
Diarrhea induced by Shigella dysenteriae D1 5 was stable, and compared the difference of biological characters and pathogenicity between the original bacteria and the L type bacteria. It was found that in addition to the morphological, staining and growth characteristics of L-type bacteria, the biochemical reactions disappeared and the sensitivity to drugs decreased. The pathogenicity of the L-type bacteria was weakened and the same as the original bacteria. The results showed that the biological characteristics and pathogenicity of dysentery bacillus D1 5 L were different from those of the original strain
