对液排渣粉煤燃烧器内气流运动规律和混合过程进行了冷态模拟研究,分析了结构参数和动力参数对流动的影响。试验表明:燃烧室轴向速度可分成6个不同的的区域,存在4个回流区;简单环形挡渣板也能产生环形回流区,在旋风燃烧室设计中可取代锥形缩口挡渣板。最佳参数为:1次风旋流数S_1为1.78~2.0;1次风口和2次风口距离L_(12)=(0.75~1.15)D;一次风量为15%~20%。
The cold flow simulation and the mixing process of liquid slag pulverized coal burner were studied. The influence of structure parameters and dynamic parameters on the flow was analyzed. The experimental results show that the axial velocity of the combustion chamber can be divided into six different zones and there are four recirculation zones. The simple annular slag shield can also generate the annular recirculation zone, which can replace the conical shrink slab in the cyclone combustion chamber design . The optimal parameters are as follows: the number of primary air swirl S_1 is 1.78 ~ 2.0; the distance L 1 (12) = (0.75 ~ 1.15) D between primary air inlet and secondary air outlet is 15% ~ 20%.
