目的激发护理专业学生心电图学习兴趣,提高心电图教学效果。方法实验组采用病例引导下的项目化教学,把教学内容分为若干教学项目,以典型心电图病例导入,同时结合画图学习法等,融理论知识、实践操作、素质培养于一体。对照组采用课堂讲授为主的传统教学法。结果实验组心电图考试成绩显著高于对照组(P<0.01),心电图诊断正确率较高。40%以上的实验组学生认为该教学法对理论与实践相结合、激发学习兴趣、提高应用能力等很有帮助。结论病例引导下的项目化教学能够提高心电图教学效果,提升学生职业核心能力。
Objective To stimulate nursing students interest in ECG learning and improve the teaching effect of ECG. Methods The experimental group was guided by the case-based project teaching, the teaching content is divided into a number of teaching items, with the introduction of typical ECG cases, combined with drawing learning method, melting theory knowledge, practice operation, quality training in one. The control group adopted the traditional teaching method based on class teaching. Results The score of ECG test in experimental group was significantly higher than that of control group (P <0.01), and the correct rate of ECG diagnosis was higher. More than 40% of experimental group students think that the teaching method is helpful for combining theory with practice, stimulating learning interest and improving application ability. Conclusion Case-guided project teaching can improve the teaching effect of ECG and improve the core competence of students.
