目的了解贵州省部分地区城乡儿童蛲虫感染情况及影响因素,为蛲虫感染的防治提供相关依据。方法连续3 d采用圆底试管透明胶纸肛拭法,采集被调查者肛拭标本,镜检到蛲虫卵为阳性并计算感染率;同时采用统一问卷,对受检对象家庭基本情况、卫生习惯、身体情况、学校生活环境等进行调查。结果在抽查的1 719名儿童中,蛲虫感染119名,总感染率为6.92%,以9~11岁组感染率最高(16.05%),其中男、女感染率分别为5.68%、8.45%;城区和农村感染率分别为1.00%、13.4%。不同性别、年龄、地区、饭前便后是否洗手、不同教室地面、是否寄托等因素的儿童蛲虫感染率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。儿童是否咬手指、咬铅笔等因素蛲虫感染率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论贵州省农村儿童蛲虫感染率高于城市,防止蛲虫的传播和蛲虫病的流行,需要学校、家长共同努力,让孩子养成良好的卫生习惯,采取综合性防治措施,才能有效地降低和控制幼儿的蛲虫感染率,保护幼儿的身体健康。
Objective To understand the prevalence and influencing factors of pinworm in urban and rural areas of Guizhou Province and provide the basis for the prevention and control of pinworm infection. Methods 3 days consecutively using a round tube test tube translucent adhesive tape anal swab, the samples were collected from the anal swab, the positive detection of pinworm eggs was positive and the infection rate was calculated. At the same time, a unified questionnaire was used to survey the basic family situation, hygiene habits , Physical condition, school living environment and other investigations. Results Among 1 719 children sampled, 119 were infected with pinworm, the total infection rate was 6.92%. The infection rate was highest (16.05%) among 9 to 11 years old group. The male and female infection rates were 5.68% and 8.45% ; Urban and rural infection rates were 1.00% and 13.4% respectively. The prevalence of pinworm infection in children with different gender, age, area, pre-meal wash-out, floor condition in different classrooms, and other factors was significantly different (P <0.05). Children biting their fingers, biting pencils and other factors pinpoint infection rate difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). Conclusion The prevalence of pinworm in rural areas in Guizhou is higher than that in cities. Preventing the spread of pinworm and the prevalence of pinworm, it is necessary for schools and parents to make concerted efforts so that children can develop good health habits and adopt comprehensive prevention and control measures in order to effectively Reduce and control young children’s pinworm infection rate, protect the health of children.
