近年来,我国基础建设力度逐步加大,隧道工程建设越来越普遍,尤其在崇山峻岭地区,隧道逐渐成为工程项目的技术重点难点和关键线路。山岭隧道坚硬围岩的开挖一般采用钻爆作业,传统爆破存在炸药能量利用不充分、爆碴块度大、超欠挖难以控制、爆破震动大、烟尘多等缺点,需进一步优化。水压爆破是近年来出现的新型爆破方式,其主要在装药结构和炮孔堵塞上进行优化,国内可参考的案例较少,属新的施工技术。

The excavation of hard surrounding rock in mountain tunnel generally adopts drilling and blasting operation. The conventional blasting has the disadvantages of insufficient utilization of explosive energy, large explosion of ballast, difficulty in control over over-under-excavation, large blasting vibration and large dust and so on, which needs further optimization. Hydraulic blasting is a new type of blasting method that has emerged in recent years. It is mainly optimized on the charge structure and the blockage of the borehole. There are few domestic reference cases, which is a new construction technique.
