目的探讨肺炎支原体肺炎(MPP)患儿免疫功能、降钙素原(PCT)及C-反应蛋白(CRP)水平的变化及其临床意义。方法选取2012年8月至2014年3月收治的80例MPP患儿作为病例组,选取同期来我院体检的30例健康儿童作为对照组。两组年龄均为1~9岁。散射比浊法测定血清CRP水平,透射比浊法测定血清免疫球蛋白(Ig)A,IgG,IgM水平,流式细胞仪检测T淋巴细胞亚群CD3~+、CD4~+、CD8~+百分率和CD4~+/CD8~+比值,化学发光免疫夹心法测定PCT含量,并对结果进行比较。结果 MPP组患儿血清IgG、IgM、CRP、PCT水平及CD8~+百分率与对照组相比明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.01);IgA水平、CD3~+、CD4~+百分率及CD4~+/CD8~+比值与对照组相比明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.01)。结论 MPP患儿免疫功能、PCT及CRP水平紊乱,改善患儿免疫系统相关功能对其治疗及预后有一定的临床意义。
Objective To investigate the changes of immune function, procalcitonin (PCT) and C-reactive protein (CRP) levels in children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia (MPP) and their clinical significance. Methods Totally 80 children with MPP admitted from August 2012 to March 2014 were selected as the case group and 30 healthy children from our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group. Both groups were 1 to 9 years old. Serum CRP level was measured by nephelometry. Serum immunoglobulin (Ig) A, IgG and IgM levels were measured by transmission nephelometry. The percentage of CD3 +, CD4 +, CD8 + of T lymphocyte subsets were determined by flow cytometry And CD4 ~ + / CD8 ~ + ratio, chemiluminescence immunoassay determination of PCT content, and the results were compared. Results The serum levels of IgG, IgM, CRP, PCT and CD8 ~ + in MPP group were significantly higher than those in control group (P <0.01). The levels of IgA, CD3 +, CD4 + The percentage and the ratio of CD4 ~ + / CD8 ~ + were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.01). Conclusions The immune function, PCT and CRP levels in children with MPP are disturbed. It is of clinical significance to improve the immune system-related function in children with treatment and prognosis.
