学校德育的低效局面一直以来备受诟病,但对当前学校德育工作全盘否定显然不可取。在理性审视后,笔者认为,德育工作在以下四个方面的举措值得推崇和传承:一是党和政府高度重视学校德育工作;二是新的品德课程——品德与生活、品德与社会,为德育实施注入了源头活水;三是“学科德育”正在实现让教育回归本质,实现知识、能力培育与价值观培育的有机统一;四是传统的德育实施阵地——班队课得以坚守。
The inefficiency of school moral education has been criticized all the time, but it is obviously not desirable to neglect the current moral education in school. After a rational examination, the author believes that moral education work in the following four aspects worthy of praise and heritage: First, the party and the government attach great importance to school moral education; second is the new moral courses - morality and life, morality and society, for Third, “discipline moral education” is bringing about the return of education to its essence and realizing the organic unification of knowledge, ability cultivation and values cultivation; fourthly, the traditional position of moral education implementation - team classes can be adhered to.
