本文报告13例CT上显示双侧壳核坏死的儿童或成人病例,并研究其病因及CT所见与临床症状的关系。年龄由新生儿～67岁,其中成人3例,男女比例为2.25:1。病因中,早产儿胎盘剥离、产程过长、脐带脱离、新生儿紫纷窒息或呼吸暂停5例(例1～5),勒颈自杀、长时间麻醉、脑血管意外、小头畸形伴平衡运动迟缓及代偿性心衰各1例,突然发热伴有呕吐、意识丧失、癫痫发作1例,出生后即有显著的肌张力减
This paper reports 13 cases of children or adult cases of CT scintigraphy showing necrosis of the bilateral putamen, and study the etiology and CT findings and clinical symptoms. Age from newborns to 67 years old, of which 3 adults, male to female ratio of 2.25: 1. Etiology, placental abortion in preterm infants, prolonged labor, umbilical cord detachment, neonatal asphyxia or apnea in 5 cases (cases 1 to 5), cervical neck suicide, prolonged anesthesia, cerebrovascular accident, microcephaly with balance exercise Delayed and compensatory heart failure in 1 case, sudden fever accompanied by vomiting, loss of consciousness, epileptic seizures in 1 case, after birth, there was significant decrease in muscle tension
