卵巢癌肿瘤干细胞是卵巢癌发生、复发及耐药的根源。成功分离、鉴定肿瘤干细胞,有助于研究其特性,并针对性地开发靶向治疗手段。目前已有一些较公认的可分离、富集肿瘤干细胞的方法,但由于肿瘤干细胞来源尚不清楚、卵巢癌存在高度异质性、体内体外环境差异大,这些方法均存在一定的局限性。分析现有的分离鉴定方法,寻找特异的干细胞标记物,谨慎对待实验结果,有助于正确认识肿瘤干细胞。
Ovarian cancer Tumor stem cells are the source of ovarian cancer, relapse and drug resistance. The successful separation and identification of cancer stem cells help to study their characteristics and target the development of targeted therapies. At present, there are some well-known methods of isolating and enriching cancer stem cells. However, due to the unclear sources of tumor stem cells, high heterogeneity of ovarian cancer and large differences in in vivo and in vitro environments, these methods all have some limitations. Analysis of existing separation and identification methods, looking for specific stem cell markers, cautious treatment of experimental results, help to correctly understand tumor stem cells.
