研究了供应状态的变形铝合金 LY 12Y 高温变形时的动态再结晶诱发超塑性效应。未经任何预处理的供应状态 LY 12Y 板材可以在较宽的温度及应变速率范围内产生超塑性效应,最大延伸率δ_(max)=243%。分析表明,该效应是由变形初期的动态再结晶诱发产生;诱发过程可分为三个阶段。对第二相粒子在过程的作用及动态再结晶的形核方式进行了探讨。
The effect of dynamic recrystallization induced superplasticity on the deformation state of deformed aluminum alloy LY 12Y during high temperature deformation was studied. LY 12Y sheet can produce superplastic effect over a wide range of temperature and strain rate with a maximum elongation δ max of 243% without any pretreatment. The analysis shows that the effect is induced by dynamic recrystallization during the initial stage of deformation. The induction process can be divided into three stages. The role of second phase particles in the process and the nucleation of dynamic recrystallization were discussed.
