在中国楼市房价只涨不跌的“神话”喧嚣中,众房奴与准房奴的“民怨”鼎沸与国家九部委的联袂出击,自然离不开客观理性、冷峻研判声音的支持。在这里,编者从最近3年无数喊跌房价的声音中,按年份挑选出3位最具代表性的人物,希望能借助他们与当前房价大势相悖的逆耳之言,还泡沫化生存的中国房地产市场一份清醒。这3位最具代表性的人物分别是:
