概述了当前高梯度磁选设备所用丝状感应磁介质磁场的研究现状和存在的问题。应用以相似原理为基础的磁模拟法对丝状感应磁介质的磁场进行了较系统的研究,研究内容包括:感应磁介质的材质对其磁场分布的影响;感应磁介质的断面形状和尺寸对其磁场分布的影响;磁介质群的磁场分布。通过数学推导与计算,求出圆形断面和矩形断面丝状感应磁介质的适宜工艺参数,并用分离实验指标验证理论所得结论的正确性。求出的这些参数对矿石试验和生产实际可能有参考价值。
The current research status and existing problems of magnetic field of filament-like magnetic medium used in high-gradient magnetic separation equipment are summarized. The magnetic field based on the principle of similar principle is applied to study the magnetic field of the filament-like magnetic medium. The main contents include: the influence of the material of the induced magnetic medium on its magnetic field distribution; the shape and size of the cross-section of the induced magnetic medium Its magnetic field distribution; magnetic medium group of magnetic field distribution. Through the mathematical derivation and calculation, the suitable technological parameters of the wire-shaped induction magnetic medium with circular section and rectangular section were obtained, and the correctness of the theory conclusion was verified by the separation experiment index. The calculated parameters for ore testing and production may actually have reference value.
