近年来,高新技术企业的竞争更多的表现为连续、高效、敏捷的R&D核心能力的竞争。其中,R&D团队的有效治理机制是关键。文章在对近年来国内外大量的关于R&D团队治理机制的研究综述分析的基础上,从组织机制、冲突管理机制、激励机制、知识管理机制、产权机制等五个方面提出了R&D团队治理机制有待于更深一步研究的问题。
