目的 :探讨转染BMPsII型突变受体对NIH3T3细胞生物学行为的影响。方法 :用携带BMPsII型突变受体的cDNA的真核表达载体转染NIH3T3细胞 ,对NIH3T3细胞进行生长曲线、MTT比色、流式细胞仪分析、BrdU检测。结果 :转染细胞的增殖活性和DNA合成下降。结论 :转染的突变受体使被转染细胞的增殖活性降低
Objective: To investigate the effect of BMPsII mutant transfection on the biological behavior of NIH3T3 cells. Methods: The NIH3T3 cells were transfected with the eukaryotic expression vector carrying the cDNA of BMPsII mutant, and the growth curve, MTT colorimetric, flow cytometry and BrdU detection of NIH3T3 cells were performed. Results: Proliferation activity and DNA synthesis of transfected cells decreased. CONCLUSION: Transfected mutant receptors reduce the proliferative activity of transfected cells
