在煤田地质钻探过程中,发生研钻、卡钻或埋钻等事故是常见的。对此如果处理不当,就会使事故复杂化,严重的能造成钻孔报废。我们经过多次试验,制成了钻孔孔内排故弹,用爆破方法处理卡钻和埋钻等事故,收到良好效果。钻孔孔内排故弹,是用一长150毫米,直径Φ(1/2)时的铁管做外壳,内装普通硝铵炸药及雷管一支或两支,将炸药装满弹壳,用皮带油进行防水密封,铁管两头接丝堵(见图)。排故弹导线的连接:弹内雷管的引线由上丝堵小孔引出,一头自由放在外边做接地线,
Drilling, stuck or buried drills and other accidents are common during the geological drilling of coal fields. If this is not handled properly, it will complicate the accident, and it can seriously cause the drill hole to be scrapped. After many tests, we made a row of bullets in the borehole and used blasting methods to handle stuck and buried drills, and received good results. In the borehole, the shell is drained with a length of 150 mm and a diameter of Φ(1/2). The shell is made of an iron pipe and contains a conventional ammonium nitrate explosive and one or two detonators. The explosive is filled with a shell and the belt is used. The oil is sealed with water and the two ends of the iron pipe are plugged (see figure). The connection of the evacuation bullet wire: the lead wire of the detonator in the bomb is led out by the small plug hole, and one head is free to put it outside to make the ground wire.
