目的:探索志愿服务长效机制,为学校结核病防控提供科学依据。方法:分别通过传统宣传模式与志愿者宣传服务对学生进行结核病防治知识宣教,比较两种模式下学生结核病相关知识知晓率、态度以及防病行为的差异及转变。结果:接受志愿宣传服务的学生总知晓率为85.91%,较传统宣传时学生总知晓率67.34%有明显提高;学生对待身体不适的态度也发生了明显且积极的转变。结论:志愿宣传服务对学生结核病防治知识知晓率的提高以及积极就医态度转变等成效显著。
Objective: To explore the long-term mechanism of voluntary service to provide a scientific basis for prevention and control of tuberculosis in schools. Methods: Disseminating knowledge on TB prevention and treatment among students through traditional propaganda mode and volunteer publicity service respectively, and comparing the difference and change of TB awareness, attitude and disease prevention behavior between the two modes. Results: The total awareness rate of students receiving volunteer publicity services was 85.91%, which was significantly higher than that of 67.34% of the students in traditional publicity programs. Students’ attitudes towards physical discomfort also changed obviously and positively. Conclusion: Volunteer publicity service has obvious effect on raising awareness of TB knowledge and improving the attitude of active medical treatment.
