中国石油化工集团石油化工科学研究院针对以生产蒸汽裂解原料为目的产品的加氢裂化装置,在中压加氢裂化(RMC)技术的基础上成功开发了新型加氢精制催化剂RN-32及裂化催化剂RHC- 1。中试结果显示,在相同的转化深度下,采用新加氢裂化催化剂,加氢裂化产品尾油BMCI值较使用原催化剂RN-2/RT-1低约2个单位;而在尾油质量相当(BMCI值为10)的条件下,尾油收率较原催化剂增加约15个百分点。评价结果显示,加氢精制催化剂RN-32的加氢脱硫、脱氮以及芳烃加氢饱和性能均明显优于RN-2催化剂,相对脱氮活性较RN-2催化剂高20%~38%;裂化催化剂RHC-1的加氢性能、开环选择性明显优于RT-1催化剂。
SINOPEC Petrochemical Research Institute has successfully developed a new type of hydrotreating catalyst RN-32 and cracking based on the medium pressure hydrocracking (RMC) technology for the hydrocracking unit for the production of steam cracking feedstock. Hydrogenation performance of the catalyst RHC-1, the ring-opening selectivity was significantly better than the RT-1 catalyst.
