利用热压扩散焊接工艺,分别在不同焊接时间条件下制备了结构为Ti/Al/Ti/Sn O2+Sb2O3/Pb O2的层状复合涂层电极,通过扫描电镜分析了Ti/Al基体的组织结构和表面形貌,采用四探针法测量了复合电极基体电阻并测试了电极加速寿命。结果表明:基体焊接时间为120 min时,制备的Ti/Al基复合涂层电极表面活性物质Pb O2颗粒尺寸均匀细小且比表面积大,具有良好的电化学性能;与传统的Ti/Sn O2+Sb2O3/Pb O2相比,电阻率仅为纯Ti的1/10。加速寿命试验测得的电极寿命达46 h,具有良好的稳定性。
The layered composite electrode with Ti / Al / Ti / Sn O2 + Sb2O3 / Pb O2 structure was prepared by hot-press diffusion welding at different welding time. The microstructure of Ti / Al matrix was analyzed by scanning electron microscope Structure and surface topography, the resistance of the composite electrode matrix was measured by four-probe method and the electrode accelerated life was tested. The results show that the particle size of Pb O2 is small and the surface area is large with good electrochemical performance when the substrate welding time is 120 min. Compared with the traditional Ti / Sn O2 + Compared to Sb2O3 / Pb O2, the resistivity is only 1/10 of pure Ti. Accelerated life test measured electrode life of 46 h, with good stability.
