一、问题的提出 滚动直线导轨是80年代才开始在国际上广泛采用的新型导向组件。它采用钢球为滚动体,以滚动代替滑动形式实现导向,其意义类似于滚动轴承(图1)。它的特点是:定位精度高、动静摩擦系数小、可实现机床和机械装置的高速运动,能提高机床和机械的工作效率、节约能源、精度保持性高、装配到机床和机械上的周期短等。因此广泛应用于各类数控机床、电加工机床、机器人及各类精密机械,被誉为导向机构的重大变革。
