培养学生具备工程实践和创新能力是高等教育改革尝试工作希望达到的目标和重要内容,是卓越工程师(简称卓工)必备的基本专业素质。本文以电子科学与技术专业卓越工程师培养方案设计与实践为主题,重点讨论电子类专业培养方案的制订和实施两方面的问题。具体阐述了课程体系的设置、实践教学体系的构建、协同育人机制的创立等核心环节。以期为该专业卓越工程师培养的教育教学工作提供改进建议和参考。
Training students with engineering practice and innovative ability is the goal and important content they hope to achieve in the reform of higher education. It is also the basic professional quality necessary for the outstanding engineers (referred to as Zhuo workers). This essay focuses on the design and practice of program design for the training of excellent engineers in electronic science and technology, and focuses on the formulation and implementation of the training programs for electronic specialties. Specifically elaborated the establishment of curriculum system, the construction of practical teaching system and the establishment of synergetic educational mechanism. With a view to providing suggestions and reference for the education and teaching work cultivated by the outstanding engineers of this profession.
