基于疲劳寿命理论,利用ANSYS有限元分析软件,对采煤机破碎装置的锥销轴进行了疲劳寿命仿真。通过完善边界条件处理方式,保证仿真结果与实验结果一致,得到了该零件危险部位的应力及寿命安全系数。利用有限元优化模块与灵敏度方法相结合,对锥销轴的外形结构尺寸进行了优化,优化后锥销轴重量减轻了4.5%,疲劳使用率提高了61.4%。
Based on the fatigue life theory, the fatigue life of cone shaft of shearer crusher was simulated by ANSYS finite element analysis software. By improving the handling of the boundary conditions and ensuring the simulation results agree with the experimental results, the stress and life safety factor of the dangerous parts of the part are obtained. Through the combination of the finite element optimization module and the sensitivity method, the overall dimensions of the tapered pin shaft are optimized. After optimization, the weight of the pin shaft is reduced by 4.5% and the fatigue utilization rate is improved by 61.4%.
