逆流气相色谱法是N.A.Katsanos等于1980年提出的一种新型的气相色谱方法,它本质是一种动态技术,它不仅可用于分析领域也可用于非分析领域,也可用于催化反应过程的动力学研究。目前,该法已被广泛用于扩散系数、传质系数、吸附平衡常数、分子碰撞直径、临界体积、纯液体的蒸发速率系数等的测定。但至今没有专门的逆流气相色谱仪生产。本文介绍一种简易的将SP—2305型气相色谱仪改装成逆流色谱仪的方法。如图1所示。 (1)将仪器面板上一边的载气入口M封死,载气出口N直接连检测器B路,其一边的进样口O即成为扩散柱的样品入口,其汽化室
Countercurrent gas chromatography is a new gas chromatography method proposed by NAKatsanos et al. In 1980. It is essentially a dynamic technique that can be used not only in the analytical field but also in the non-analytical field as well as in the kinetics of the catalytic reaction process the study. At present, this method has been widely used in the determination of diffusion coefficient, mass transfer coefficient, adsorption equilibrium constant, molecular collision diameter, critical volume, pure liquid evaporation rate coefficient and so on. But so far there is no special countercurrent gas chromatograph production. This article describes a simple method of retrofitting a SP-2305 gas chromatograph into a counter-current chromatograph. As shown in Figure 1.
