如何成就大学语文之“大”?这就要看看大学语文的工具性和人文性与中小学语文有什么不同。相对于中小学语文培养语文的基本素质和能力而言,大学语文的提升在于实用层面的工具性与文化层面的人文性的统一。大学语文工具性教育的主要任务是培养学生的语言实用能力,特别是要将语言素质转化为职业写作的素质和能力。同时,大学语文的人文精神教育应该注重塑造学生的成熟人格,相应地,这种教育是在文化的层面展开的。在这样的理念指引下,大学语文应该构建职业性实用写作课程与文化性文学审美课程相结合的课程体系。
