本实验以假孕家兔为实验材料,测定了复方天花粉对子宫孕酮受体和雌二醇受体含量的影响,并测定了孕酮与孕酮受体、雌二醇与雌二醇受体的解离常数Kd 值,以及子宫对前列腺素的敏感性。结果表明,复方天花粉能提高假孕兔子宫对前列腺素的敏感性,降低子宫孕酮受体和雌二醇受体的含量,并使孕酮和孕酮受体、雌二醇与雌二醇受体的Kd值增高,从而提示这可能是复方天花粉抗早孕作用的重要机理之一。
In this experiment, we used the pseudopregnant rabbit as the experimental material to determine the effect of compound TCS on uterine progesterone receptor and estradiol receptor. And the effects of progesterone and progesterone receptor, estradiol and estradiol receptor Kd value of the body’s dissociation constant, and uterine prostaglandin sensitivity. The results showed that compound TCS could increase the sensitivity of pseudopregnancy uterus to prostaglandins, reduce the content of uterine progesterone receptor and estradiol receptor, and make progesterone and progesterone receptor, estradiol and estradiol Receptor Kd value increased, suggesting that this may be one of the important mechanisms of compound TCS anti-pregnancy effect.
