近年来,伊犁振达建筑工程公司通过健全安全生产网络、规范安全生产管理、提高安全生产技能、营造安全生产氛围、深化安全专项整治等5项举措,使该单位安全生产进入了佳境。一是健全安全生产网络。公司建立安全生产委员会,各项目部建立安全生产领导小组,公司与所有项目部签订了安全生产目标管理责任书,形成了纵向到底、横向到边的安全生产网络。
