为了提高种子在农业生产中增产的作用,1989年秋,我场从黑龙江省白桦清选机厂购进了3套系列小麦种子精选机械,经1990年实际应用,其效果如下: 1.组成及作用小线种子加工生产线由清粮机、窝眼滚筒机和比重选种机组成。工作过程是,清粮机一窝眼滚筒机一比重选种机三位一体的加工生产线,三个单机作用如下: (1)清粮机清除秕粒、颖壳、碎小料、小石块等轻小杂物。 (2)窝眼滚筒机清除各种杂草种子及较长杂物。 (3)比重选种机清除轻秕粒、病粒、芽麦、小粒等轻杂物,并且将轻质卸料口出来的种子再进行一次回选,最后选出合格的种子。该小线加工的生产率为2.5～3.0吨/小时。 2.选种效果
