本文论述了采用反吹射流燃烧系统稳定、控制煤粉和煤浆火炬的作用及特点,并针对这个燃烧系统用二维湍流数学模型进行了数值预测,所采用的湍流模型为k—ε双方程模型。数值预测以SIMPLE法为基础,通过大量的数值计算与实验结果的对比,验证了数学模型的合理性,总结出在反吹射流燃烧系统中由反吹射流引起的中心回流区中各主要参数的准则关系式,并结合试验,从理论上和实践上论述了反吹射流的作用。
In this paper, the effects and characteristics of the combustion system using backflush jet flow are discussed. The two-dimensional turbulence mathematical model of this combustion system is used to predict the stability of the combustion system. The turbulence model used is k-ε double equation model. Based on the SIMPLE method, the numerical predictions are compared with the experimental results to verify the rationality of the mathematical model.
