快速凝固制备的微细铝粉具有很高的活性,遇水后发生激烈反应,生成铝的水合物。这些反应产物经不同温度热处理,可得到一系列活性的及稳定的高纯超细Al2O3陶瓷粉末。这是制备高纯超细Al2O3粉末的一种新方法。本文概述了活性铝粉水解反应过程及生成物结构特征。
Rapid solidification of the prepared fine aluminum powder has a high activity, met after the intense reaction with water to generate aluminum hydrate. These reaction products are heat treated at different temperatures to obtain a series of active and stable high purity ultrafine Al2O3 ceramic powders. This is a new method for preparing high purity ultrafine Al2O3 powder. This article summarizes the hydrolysis process of active aluminum powder and its structural features.
