目的:探讨在呼吸科护士结合岗位管理进行分层培训的方法及效果,以落实培训及考核计划、提高满意度。方法:在呼吸科病区建立分层管理模式架构,将护理人员按工龄、职称、专业能力考核的不同,分为N0、N1、N2、N3、N4等五级,对不同层级的护理人员进行分层培训考核及管理,比较培训前后的考核结果及满意度等。结果:实施分层管理后,护理人员的理论知识、操作技能、满意度及科研能力等方面均有较为明显的提高。结论:有计划、科学的分层培训有利于提高护理专业技术水平,提升护理人员科研的热情,调动护理人员沟通的主动性,提高满意度。
Objective: To explore the method and effect of stratification training in respiratory nurses combined with post management in order to implement the training and assessment plan and improve the degree of satisfaction. Methods: The hierarchical management model was set up in the respiratory area. The nursing staffs were divided into five grades N0, N1, N2, N3 and N4 according to different seniority, job title and professional competence. Nurses at different levels Hierarchical training assessment and management, comparison of training results before and after the test and satisfaction. Results: After the implementation of stratified management, nurses have more obvious theoretical knowledge, operational skills, satisfaction and scientific research capabilities. Conclusion: The planned and scientific stratification training is helpful to improve the technical level of nurses, enhance the enthusiasm of nurses in scientific research, mobilize the nurses to communicate and improve their satisfaction.
