泛在环境是未来知识型社会的信息环境,在界定泛在环境概念的基础上,通过研究泛在环境对《信息用户研究》课程的影响,认为泛在环境下《信息用户研究》教学具有学习自主性、教学资源合作性和教学行为情景性等新特征。课程在泛在环境下的教学方法和教学内容将会发生一定的改变,在教学方法上可开展在线学习、团队教学和多边性互动教学,而教学内容则应侧重于用户虚拟团体信息心理研究、用户协作性信息行为研究、泛在环境下信息服务的发展趋势分析。
