目的探讨系统化健康教育对提高患儿家属疾病认知程度的作用,并分析其对缩短患儿疗程、降低并发症发生率的作用。方法抽取2016年4月~2017年4月间我院儿科收治的腹泻患儿108例为研究对象,以对家属实施的护理模式分组:对照组54例行传统健康教育,观察组54例行系统健康教育,对两组干预效果进行评估。结果观察组家属健康知识总掌握率、患儿腹泻停止时间及患儿并发症发生率均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论系统化健康教育可大幅度提高小儿腹泻家属健康认知水平,进而自觉规范其卫生行为,达到缩短疗程、降低并发症发生风险的目的。
Objective To explore the effect of systematic health education on improving the cognition of children with family diseases and to analyze its effect on shortening the course of treatment and reducing the incidence of complications. Methods A total of 108 children with diarrhea admitted to our hospital from April 2016 to April 2017 were enrolled in this study. The nursing model was divided into five groups: 54 in the control group and 54 in the observation group Health education, the two groups of interventions to assess the effect. Results The total health knowledge of family members, the stopping time of children with diarrhea and the incidence of complications in children were better than those in control group (P <0.05). Conclusions Systematic health education can significantly improve the health cognition level of children with infantile diarrhea, and then regulate their health behaviors consciously to shorten the course of treatment and reduce the risk of complications.
