食品质量关系着人的健康。从业人员的卫生素质、知识水平与食品生产的质量又有着直接关系。搞好食品从业人员的健康教育,提高他们的卫生知识水平和贯彻执行《食品卫生法》的自觉性,增强法制观念,从而提高食品的质量,保障人民身体健康。对食品工业职工开展卫生教育应抓好以下几点:一、提高思想认识,加强卫生责任感。对已担任厂长、经理或承包租赁人,要通过各种途径或方式提高他们对职工卫生教育重要性的认识,让他们从思想上认识到职工卫生教育与企业经济责任制的关系,要让领导者树立起进行职工卫生教育的使命感和长期性。二、要把承包租赁人有无抓职工卫生教育的思想及具体计划措施做
