目前双卧轴搅拌机叶片安装角的确定多以经验为主,一般常用值为45°。通过对搅拌叶片上的物料进行运动学分析,结合工程流体力学相关知识,求得物料轴向和径向的速度表达式;分析获得较好搅拌效果时物料的运动特点,得出物料的合理运动轨迹投影区域;根据不同拌筒的长宽比,求得相对应叶片合理安装角的取值范围:宽短型叶片安装角α取值范围在29.142°~32.865°;窄长型叶片安装角α取值范围在42.168°左右。理论分析的结果与实际应用中常用值基本吻合,为搅拌机参数的确定奠定了理论基础。
