简阳县档案局在一九八三年下半年内,通过调查摸底,制订规划,层层试点等办法,有领导有计划地在全县范围内开展了抢救褪变档案的工作。经过四个月左右的时间,全县101个乡、镇档案室,有九十个全部完成了复制任务,有十一个复制了部份;县级机关有六个档案室完成了复制任务,共抢救复制了一九八二年以前三十二个年头的褪变档案15,254卷,占应复制总数的75.8％,有效地保护了一大批档案。
In the second half of 1983, the Bureau of Archives of Jianyang County carried out the work of rescuing faded files in the planned area throughout the county through surveys, planning, and pilot projects at different levels. After four months or so, the county’s 101 townships and towns archives, all of which completed the task of copying, eleven copies of the department; county agencies have six archives completed the task of copying, A total of 15,254 volumes of faded files, accounting for 75.8% of the total number of copies, were copied and saved in the 32 years before 1982, effectively protecting a large number of files.
