处于基础教育阶段的各学科教师,在历经了几年的教学实践之后,都不可避免地会产生一些工作的倦怠感,对于教学工作小富即安,浅尝辄止。原因各种多样,一方面可能是受到社会上其他行业或部门的影响,觉得教书这一行当在现实面前绝非所谓的“灵魂工程师”那般高尚;另一方面则是内心浮躁,自我成长、终身学习的内在驱动力不够,缺乏“干一行、爱一行”的激情。其实,要改变这种状况,取决于教师自身的认识,特别是对于自身专业成长的认识。
Teachers in various disciplines at the basic education stage will inevitably produce some job burnout after a few years of teaching practice. The reasons are various and varied. On the one hand, it may be influenced by other industries or sectors in the society. I feel that teaching in this business is not as noble as the so-called “soul engineer” in front of the reality; on the other hand, it is an impetuous self. The internal driving force for growth and life-long learning is not enough. There is a lack of passion for “doing one thing and loving one line.” In fact, to change this situation depends on the teachers’ own understanding, especially on their own professional growth.
